	Northeast Chapter Terri Kent President Terri Kent, co-owner and manager of The Kitchen in Monroe, is the 2008 president for the Northeast Chapter of the LRA. Previously Terry was the Northeast Chapter secretary for four years. She has been a member of the LRA since 1991. The LRA Regional Director for the Northeast Chapter is Patsy Rials.
