	Greater New Orleans Chapter Katy Casbarian President Katy Casbarian, vice president of Arnaud’s Restaurant in New Orleans, serves as the 2008 president for the Greater New Orleans Chapter of the LRA. She has been a member of the state board of directors since 2005 and a member of the chapter board of directors since 2003. Arnaud’s has been a member of the LRA since 1982.
