The Education Foundation of the Louisiana Restaurant Association was established as a nonprofit organization that promotes the restaurant industry as a career choice, provides personal development and supports state-approved foodservice programs.

The success of our mission is defined by:

• The promotion of foodservice careers to high school students.
  
• The offering of top quality professional educational seminars to enhance knowledge and skills needed in the industry.
  
• Partnerships formed with state-approved institutions for the improvement of HRT, culinary, and foodservice and hospitality programs.
  
• The offering of educational material and a video library to the industry.

September is National Food Safety Education Month!
